Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Subscriptions
If you purchase a premium service plan (such as premium seller badges/promotions), you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, pre-paid fees are non-refundable for the active billing cycle. Please review plans carefully prior to payment.
2. Store Items
For physical or digital items purchased directly from the RajBhoomi Store using our Razorpay payment gateway, you are eligible to request a cancellation prior to item dispatch/delivery. Once an item is dispatched or delivered, refund requests must be initiated within 7 days, provided the item is defective or significantly not as described.
3. Property/Rental Transactions
RajBhoomi is not responsible for offline rent/property advance payments or booking token amounts arranged privately between a buyer and a seller/owner. We highly recommend inspecting property/machinery physically before providing any financial commitment.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, credited back to the original method of payment via Razorpay.
