1. Digital & Advertising Services

For any digital subscriptions, seller/owner verification tags, or promoted listing services purchased via our platform (RajBhoomi), the activation is instant or processed within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation via Razorpay. No physical shipping is involved for these services.

2. Store Items Delivery

For physical goods purchased through the RajBhoomi Store:

• We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days.
• Standard delivery timeframe across Rajasthan and neighboring locations ranges from 3-7 business days depending on specific pin codes.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before processing the payment.

3. Rental Equipment Dispatch

For large rentals like JCBs, Tractors, or commercial equipment booked via the platform, the physical handover/delivery details and logistics fees must be mutually agreed upon and coordinated directly between the renter and the equipment owner. RajBhoomi does not provide logistics support for third-party heavy machinery bookings.

4. Delivery Tracking

Once a generic store order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be provided via email or accessible within your Buyer/Seller Dashboard.
